Sales Assistant (Full Time)

About Us: Ishiz Studio is a premier boutique offering bespoke Italian fashion and handcrafted artisan jewelry. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a luxurious shopping experience for our clients. We are seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Assistants.

Role Overview: As a Sales Assistant at Ishiz Studio, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalized service to our discerning clientele. You will assist customers in finding the perfect pieces that reflect their style, ensure the boutique is beautifully presented, and support the overall operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and engage with customers, providing exceptional and personalized shopping experiences.
  • Sales: Assist clients in selecting and purchasing items, offering expert advice on our bespoke fashion and jewelry collections.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products, including the craftsmanship and stories behind each piece, to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including stocking, organizing, and conducting regular inventory checks.
  • Store Presentation: Ensure the boutique is always clean, organized, and visually appealing, reflecting the luxurious nature of our brand.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team with daily operations and special projects as needed.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist our Visual Merchandiser and Manager in creating and maintaining compelling displays that highlight our products and enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for fashion and jewelry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous retail experience is a plus

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must have full working rights for Malaysia (20-45 years old)
  • Minimum: Fresh Grad
  • Able to speak: ENGLISH

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
