How to Place Your Order
Shopping with Ishiz Studio is simple and secure. Follow these easy steps to get your favourites delivered right to your door.
Step 1: Browse & Select Explore our collections and click on any item you love. Choose your preferred size, colour, or variant, then click "Add to Cart".

Step 2: Review Your Cart Click the cart icon at the top of the page to review your selected items. You can update quantities or remove items before proceeding.
Step 3: Proceed to Checkout Click "Checkout" when you're ready. You'll be directed to our secure Shopify checkout page.
Step 4: Enter Your Details Fill in your:
- Contact information (email or phone number)
- Shipping address (Malaysia & international addresses accepted)
- Preferred shipping method
Step 5: Choose Your Payment Method We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Online Banking / FPX (if enabled)
- Shop Pay
- Other available options at checkout
🔒 All transactions are secured and encrypted via Shopify's trusted checkout.
Step 6: Review & Confirm Double-check your order details — items, shipping address, and payment — then click "Pay Now" to complete your purchase.
Step 7: Order Confirmation Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details. Keep this for your reference.
After Your Order
- Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping: You'll receive a shipping notification with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
