Are sale items returnable or exchangeable?
No, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. This means, items that are bought on ISHIZ STUDIO website, in-store, or via WhatsApp will not be allowed for exchanges or return once payment has been made.
Are non-sale items returnable or exchangeable?
Non-sale items cannot be returned but can be exchanged, provided they are in their original condition with tags intact and are exchanged within the specified exchange period. Additionally, items that are soiled, damaged, have perfume stains, or are missing their tags are not eligible for exchanges. Exchanges are only valid for sizing or coloring issues of the same design.
Return/Exchange
Non-sale items cannot be returned but can be exchanged in their original condition within [7 days] from the date of purchase, provided they are in their original condition with tags intact. All items must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, and unaltered. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set in order for us to process the exchange. Original price tag must be attached. The exchange policy is granted for 1-time used only for each original receipt. Allow us to check the exchange item within 7 working days. Ishiz Studio Team reserves the right to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion. Exchange is subject to availability of the product at that point in time. Our customer service will contact you if there is no availability of the product with the same price or more.
Exchanges Policy
Unworn and Unused: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their undamaged, original packaging. Tags Attached: All original tags must remain attached to the item. Please Note: We do not accept exchange for items that have been worn, used, or damaged. Certain items (such as product names listed on our website) are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons unless faulty.
How to Exchange an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Request an Exchange: Contact our Customer Care team at info@ishizstudio.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship Your Package: Send the package to the address provided by our Customer Care team. Use a tracked shipping service and keep your proof of postage for reference.

Order Cancellation and Refund
Defective Items: In the event an item you ordered is discovered to be defective after processing your purchase, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Out-of-Stock: If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after processing your purchase, we will automatically cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
System Error or Website Glitch: If a system error or website glitch results in an incorrect order being processed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Other Circumstances: In other unforeseen circumstances, we may need to cancel your order. We will always attempt to contact you and explain the reason for the cancellation before processing any refund.
In all cases of order cancellation, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp or email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

International Orders: No Refunds or Exchanges
No Refunds: All international orders are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any items shipped outside of Malaysia unless the product is faulty or damaged during transit.
No Exchanges: We do not provide exchanges for international orders. Please ensure you select your items carefully, including sizing, color, and style, before placing your order. By placing an international order with ISHIZ Studio, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged. If your package is lost, please contact the courier. We are not responsible for any shipping delays; please contact the courier directly for updates. In the event of damage (e.g., wet, burnt, or otherwise compromised packaging), please report the issue to the courier upon receiving the parcel and contact us for further assistance within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, if necessary, in line with our Return Policy.
