Customer Satisfaction

Price Variation:
Prices for items may vary between online and in-store purchases. Please note that the pictures, colors, and design may vary slightly from the actual product.

Accurate Address:
Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. While we provide tracking numbers, Ishiz Studio is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect addresses. Changing the delivery address after an order has been processed will incur an additional charge.

Order Confirmation:
A confirmation will be sent via email or the chosen communication platform after the order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges

Non-sale items
cannot be returned but can be exchanged within [7 days] from the date of purchase, provided they are in their original condition with tags intact. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and unaltered. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set in order for us to process the exchange.

Exchange Return Shipping Fees:
Customers are responsible for any delivery costs when returning an item. Ishiz Studio reserves the right to reject items that are damaged or used, at our discretion.

International Orders:
No refunds or exchanges are offered for international orders unless the product is faulty or damaged during transit. Please carefully select your items, including sizing, color, and style, before placing your order.

Shipping Delays:
We strive to meet our delivery estimates, but unforeseen events such as weather conditions, customs delays, or public holidays may impact delivery times. If you experience significant delays, please contact the courier. We are not responsible for any delays, please contact the courier.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost, please contact the courier. In the event of damage (e.g., wet, burnt, or otherwise compromised packaging), report the issue to the courier upon receiving the parcel and contact us for further assistance within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Order Cancellation and Refund

Out-of-Stock:
If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after processing, we will automatically cancel the order and issue a full refund.

System Error or Website Glitch:
If a system error or glitch results in an incorrect order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Other Circumstances:
In other unforeseen cases, we may cancel your order. We will contact you and explain the reason for cancellation. Refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
