Processing Time

  • For Local Orders: Next-Day Delivery: Monday to Friday only. Orders after Friday delivered the following Monday.
  • Orders placed before 2 PM in Kuala Lumpur will be delivered the same working day.
  • For Local Orders: Same-Day Delivery: Monday to Friday only. Orders after Friday delivered the following Monday.
  • Orders placed before 2 PM in Kuala Lumpur will be delivered the same day.

  • Charges are based on customer address.

Delivery within West Malaysia typically takes 2-5 working days.
Delivery within East Malaysia typically takes 7-14 working days.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping within West Malaysia on orders above RM 599.
  • Shipping charges are based on your shipping address and will be updated at checkout.
  • International shipping is available for selected regions, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • West Malaysia: 2-5 business days
  • East Malaysia: 7-14 business days
  • International: 15-25 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged. If your package is lost please contact the courier We are not responsible for any shipping delays; please contact the courier directly for updates. In the event of damage (e.g., wet, burnt, or otherwise compromised packaging), please report the issue to the courier upon receiving the parcel and contact us for further assistance within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, if necessary, in line with our Return Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Non-sale items
cannot be returned but can be exchanged within [7 days] from the date of purchase, provided they are in their original condition with tags intact. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and unaltered. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set in order for us to process the exchange.
